This weekend was the 20th annual Pittsburg Artwalk. I spent much of it coughing, trying to recover from a cold that's been kicking my ass all week.

I had some new stickers made of my painting of the abalone shell. They are for sale in my Etsy shop.

I made a few little mushroom paintings on panels that will be for sale at Pittsburg Artwalk this Saturday, along with prints and some other originals. These are all based on mushrooms found while hiking.

 Another excellent Pittsburg Artwalk in the books. The exhaustion after Artwalk is REAL though.

I spent most of the day yesterday getting ready for Pittsburg Artwalk. I'll have new prints, stickers, and even note cards, which is new. The note cards (made from www.moo.com) are BEAUTIFUL, which is so nice. It always feels like a gamble when ordering from a new printing company. I'm excited that Artwalk is on a Saturday this year, which means hopefully there will be a bit less stress in getting everything set up since I won't be rushing straight from work to downtown.

Thanks for the love, Pittsburg Artwalk! Artwalk is always such an exhausting but amazing event. I really should have taken a day off (or at least a half day off) from work - it was a lot to teach kids all day, grab everything, and be set up by 5pm, only to be on my feet and talking to people until 9pm. I was dead tired at the end of the night, but I absolutely love our Pittsburg art community and getting to talk to people about my work in person. Big thanks to my friend Allen for taking some photos of me and my booth before it was time to tear down.

Yesterday was a beautiful day at @pittsburgartwalk! A couple purchased a framed giclée print from me and then literally 15 or 20 minutes later, they came back to show me where they hung it up in their apartment!
